Our practice provides legal services to men and women, parents and partners, and couples with children. We focus our practice on, and specialize in, family law. This includes representation of dissolution of marriage (divorce), modifications, actions for enforcement and defending those actions, paternity, and other related family matters.
Experienced Trial Attorney
As part of our practice we routinely litigate matters relating to custody and visitation issues, especially in light of the significant developments by the State of Florida Legislature in these particular areas of law. We also have significant complex litigation experience in matters related to property rights and equitable distribution. When necessary, we utilize outside resources to develop and provide expert testimony, such as business valuations. Jon Rosenberg’s experience in accounting, is instrumental in presenting these important issues. We always use our best efforts to amicably resolve cases; however, many cases remain contested. If a trial is required, a hands-on and understanding approach is utilized by our office, armed with the experience of having tried literally hundreds of contested cases.
