Our Mission - VFAWL was formed to promote the advancement of women in the legal profession, expand the leadership role of its members in the community at large, further the common interest of its members and to encourage camaraderie among its members and other professional women in Volusia and Flagler Counties.
Meetings - General Membership Luncheon Meetings are held every 2nd Thursday (except where noted on the list below) at 11:45 a.m. at the Halifax River Yacht Club. There are no membership luncheons during the summer months.
Board of Directors Meetings are held every 1st Thursday of the month.

Membership and Dues
Membership Criteria - Membership is open to all lawyers, judges, and law students. Membership dues are collected once a year at a rate set by the Board of Directors. The membership year runs July 1 – June 30. The current dues are:
$80.00 – new members & renewals
$55.00 – government employees
$50.00 – judiciary (payable to FAWL – no charge for VFAWL membership)
$15.00 - law student
